Getting to grips with pet first aid

Sian (our chief dog walker) had great fun at a Level 3 Pet First Aid course run by Heavelyz recently.

She got to meet with lots of lovely dog professionals including dog groomers, walkers, and sitters.

She had lots of fun having a go a dog CPR and bandaging, as well as learning about key health checks for dogs and sharing ideas with other attendees.

Here's what Sian said about the course:

"The course was fantastic. It's important to me that the dogs that are in my care are loved and cared for in a safe environment and are kept as healthy and happy as possible. Liza from Heavelyz has years of experience as a veterinary nurse and owner of several dog businesses - and because of this we all learned an incredible amount about pet first aid. It was great to meet other dog professionals who are passionate about dogs and discussing different experiences with them."
